VisitZakopane.pl – New Website and CRM System

Objective: Design and implementation of a new website along with a CRM system and all required integrations. Overview: VisitZakopane.pl manages approximately 150 rental apartments in the Zakopane area. Originally launched in 2009, the platform required a comprehensive rebuild and a complete restructuring of its backend environment. The project also included integration and modernization of satellite websites dedicated to individual properties (approximately 15 separate websites). The distributed infrastructure and diversity of CMS systems created significant challenges in sales management. The project therefore required full integration of the sales process with the CRM system, along with expansion of Channel Manager functionality to enable apartment booking sales across platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and Nocowanie.pl. Additionally, due to the client’s marketing activities, a fundamental restructuring of the information architecture was necessary in order to simplify SEO efforts and paid advertising (ADS) campaigns. The project was executed in stages. In the first phase, we focused on rebuilding the information architecture, designing a new website interface, and reorganizing the backend environment. Dedicated servers were deployed for both the main website and the CRM system. The backup infrastructure was separated and diversified, and the hosting environment for satellite websites was reorganized. In the next phase, we designed a new CRM system and integrated it with booking platforms. A dedicated eRecepcja24 module was developed, along with new solutions for communication with cleaning teams and dedicated modules for property owner settlements.
